I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?
What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
If you receive a faulty item, or one with manufacturing defects, we will replace it free of charge. Please take a picture of it and send it to us at email@example.com and we will tell you the next steps on how to get it back to us.
Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel?
Shipping is free, so we will not refund shipping charges on your product.
What do I do if the Gift Voucher I bought hasn't arrived?

Are spring bars included with my purchase?
Yes each strap comes with quick release spring bars already installed in the watch strap, so you can swap out your bands quickly and easily.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free except to Canada.
Will your straps fit any watch model?
Most of our strap styles will fit almost any standard lug attachment watch. We also sell straps that are made specifically for apple watches. Please check our fitting guide to check which size to purchase or if our straps will fit your watch.

How long are your straps?
Our straps are approximately 120mm/80mm in length. Fits wrists from 6 inches up to 8inches
What are your straps made from?
Our straps are made from high quality Calfskin leather and Huddersfield Fabric.
Will your band fit my smartwatch?
There's a good chance they will! Check this link to check the sizes for the most common smart watches. If you do not find your watch in the list, a quick google search will tell you what size and specifications you will need. You can also shoot us an email and we can help you figure it out.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
When can I expect my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that the bank process time is around 5-10 days once we initiate the refund.
Who covers shipping of my return?
Seeing as we absorb the cost of shipping, you will be required to cover the cost of shipping the straps back to us.
Can I return a strap if it has been worn?
Unfortunately we only accept returns on items that are new or unused. Once you intall a strap or wear it and then remove it, it shows signs of wear immediately and cannot be resold.
